    • Manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing with a strong focus on achievingand surpassing sales targets.
    • Build andmaintain strong longlasting client relationships offering solutionstailored to their specific needs.
    • Collaboratewith the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are metpromptly and efficiently.
    • Stay abreast ofmarket trends competitors and industry changes within theGermanspeakingregions.

    Skills& Qualifications:

    • Fluency in German and English is essential.
    • Proven track record in sales with experience in IT orrecruitment industries being a significant plus.
    • Strong understanding of sales strategies clientrelationship management and market expansion techniques.
    • Excellent communication negotiation and presentationskills.
    • Selfmotivated with the ability to workindependently in a remote environment.
