    Level: Assistant Manager

    Job Purpose:

    The Incumbent will be responsible for enhancing insurance business performance by driving various projects including training and quality projects. This would also involve collaborating with the sales team, call centers, and persistency team to meet the joint business goals of recruitment, activation, and productivity.

    Responsibilities:

    1. The role involves enhancing insurance business productivity projects

    2. Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, Strategies and Implement strategies to streamline workflows and improve productivity

    3. The role includes ensuring robust and innovative development action planning for teams and overseeing their execution.

    4. Analyzing the best practices that are driving the business as well as identifying the gaps where improvement is required

    5. Suggesting initiatives to enhance the business, implement the same, and monitor post-implementation effects of initiatives

    6. The incumbent will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders' Internal team (within the team and Sales employees) and the external team (Call centers, partners, and brokers) to ensure alignment, understand the gap, and ensure successful implementation of strategies made for enhancing business

    7. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented changes.

    8. It requires an understanding of all ongoing campaigns on products, processes, and systems. Incumbent must showcase a Go-To-Market approach while implementing the initiatives

    9. It requires an incumbent to research on Insurance products available in the market

    10. The job involves driving exclusive productivity enhancement projects across TM and Renewal channels, focusing on key performance drivers.

    11. Regularly providing timely reporting through weekly and monthly business reviews and conducting audits with all stakeholders to monitor progress on productivity projects.

    12. Managing queries effectively using a proactive and preventive methodology is a key aspect of this role.

    Qualification / Skills Required

    • Graduate or Post - Graduate with 3 to 5 years of Training and Quality / Sales / Business Development experience preferably from the General and Health Insurance sectors with excellent performance track records
    • Has optimum knowledge of the other competition products available in the market
    • Excellent Communication skills
    • Excellent in MS Excel and PowerPoint
