    Description

    About the internship:

    Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

    1. Creating surveys to measure employee satisfaction and morale, and distributing them to employees through various channels such as email, phone call prompts, or paper surveys

    2. Reviewing survey results and helping management create action plans based on their findings

    3. Designing and Implementing Employee Engagement activity in corporate office and remote locations

    4. Evaluating the company s culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made in order to improve employee satisfaction

    5. Working on Employer Branding Strategy for the company

    6. Determining the best ways to engage employees, such as through contests or recognition programs

    7. Working on Reward and Recognition Plan
