    Description

    Senior UX Designer

    We are looking for a motivated Senior UX Designer with +7 years of experience in leading UX projects for large-scale web and mobile applications. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

    • Conduct user research, create personas, journey maps, and workflow diagrams.
    • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
    • Plan and report usability testing results.
    • Create design system documentation and guidelines.
    • Provide regular progress updates and presentations to stakeholders.
    • Share knowledge through materials and presentations for internal stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor or Master degree.
    • +7 years of development experience in UX design for digital products.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and prototyping.
    • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop.
    • Deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of data-driven design and analytics is a plus.
