    Job Title: CPG Analytics Consultant

    We are seeking an experienced CPG analytics consultant to join our team at {company}. The primary responsibility of this role is to align with a CPG account, understand the market landscape, and develop a roadmap for analytics initiatives.

    About the Role:

    • Collaborate with global teams to validate and analyze Market Mix Models outputs.
    • Ensure alignment between model results and business objectives, providing actionable recommendations.
    • Work closely with data scientists and marketing teams to interpret MMM results and assess their impact on business strategies.
    • Assist in model validation by checking data consistency, methodology, and results accuracy.
    • Gather and synthesize inputs from cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and data science, to inform model calibration.
    • Support the development of dashboards and tools to visualize MMM results for key stakeholders.
    • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and optimize marketing spend.
    • Identify opportunities for improving MMM methodologies and processes.

    Requirements:

    • Experience working in the CPG industry, with exposure to functional & domain-specific use cases such as pricing & promotion analytics, e-commerce & retail analytics, and market mix modeling.
    • Understanding of budget to ROI scenarios and ability to develop effective solutions.
    • At least 4 years of experience in Consulting/Pre-Sales for Data & Analytics.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to take ownership of work and collaborate with multiple vendors and stakeholders.

    Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
