    Description

    1.Coordinating and conducting Management Review Meeting as per plan

    and follow up.

    2.Planning, organizing and conducting Internal System Audits

    periodically.

    3.Assuring the process conformance to the QMS / IMS per established,

    implemented and maintained.

    4.Ensuring the promotion of awareness of Customer Requirements, ISO

    9001:2015 - QMS, IATF 16949:2016 - QMS, ISO 14001:2015 - EMS and ISO

    45001:2018 - OHSMS requirements throughout the Organization.

    5.Assurance of applicability in Quality & EOHS Policies, Manual,

    Procedures, AIHIRA Study and Objectives by periodical continual improvement.

    6.Accompany with Certification Body auditors during ISO 9001 / IATF

    16949 / ISO EMS / ISO OHSMS

    7.Appropriate liaison with certification body and other external

    certification bodies / consultants / customers.

    8.Responsible for conducting pre-audit with customer audit

    questionnaire to ensure readiness & coordination with customers to conduct the audit successfully.

    9.Preparing and closing the action request raised by Certification

    and External body / Customers - NC's objective evidences with the coordination of team for NC's clearance by auditors to get certificate.

    10.Internal and External NC's corrective action review, closure and

    effectiveness monitoring.

    11. Assist operating units with development & implementation of

    corrective action plans to improve quality objectives.

    12.Coordination with all process owners for updating and effective

    implementation of Customer specific requirements and IATF / EMS / OHSMS

    13.Identifying the training needs with respect to Quality / Integrated

    system and organizing / conducting the trainings for the personnel involved in PQCD.

    14.Evaluate business goals, identify improvement opportunities and

    apply scientific methods, statistical and problem solving techniques to improve and sustain product quality and process effectiveness, Projects using 7QC Tools / Kaizen / QCC / 5S.
