    Title: Field Service Engineer

    Job Description:

    MandatoryRequirements:

    We are lookingElectrical/Electronics engineer with 5-8 years of experience infield service, maintenance, Customer service, or commissioning.
    Knowledge of variable frequency Drives and PLC is Mandatory.
    Knowledge of Siemens S7300/400 PLC's, SIBAS Controller, Sinamics S120 or G120Drives, WinCC will be preferred.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1.To provide breakdownservice support to customers at a short notice against AMC contracts. Engineerwill be stationed at site.

    2.Service engineer for the Service project and support customerfor smooth operation of machines like mining excavators, electric dumb trucks,and draglines.

  • To drive servicebusiness portfolio (service contract, retrofits, spare parts, repairs) for mobilemining drives, motors & switchgears
  • To monitor & takeactions on open calls, escalated cases, machine up-time, etc.

    • 5.Provide technical support for all periodic,routine, preventive, breakdown maintenance and shutdown jobs to be handled byyou as part of your role.

    6.Suggest siemens solution to customer for system performanceenhancement & looking for new service opportunity as part of your role.

    7.After service internalwork to generate ticket for invoice creation.

    Requirements:

    1.Bachelor's degree inrelated fields: Electrical - Electronics

    2.5-8 years' experiencein field service, installation and commissioning, application & maintenanceengineering is preferred.

    3.Have good knowledge ofautomation & drive products: PLCs Simatic S7 300/400, SIBAS Controllers, HMIs,Sinamics S120 or G120 drives, HV & LV Switchgears etc.

    4.Have knowledge ofcontrol systems, automation systems, SCADA systems.

    5.Having experience andknowledge with Siemens' products & solutions is an advantage.
