Description

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 6+ Years in IT in a development / technical lead role in Telecom OSS BSS projects.
• 5+ years of experience in installing & configuring Oracle PCRF implementation and maintenance and Cloud Native version of Oracle PCRF and Oracle Cloud Native Core Console (CNCC).
• 2+ years of experience working knowledge on Cloud Native, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes
• Has integrated PCRF with TAS/IMS for VoLTE Policy over Diameter Rx interface,
• Has integrated PCRF with DRA/PGW/DPI for Data Policy over Diameter Gx interface.
• Integrated PCRF with Online Charging Systems over Diameter Gx and Sy interface.
• Good understanding of CCR, CCA, SLR, SLA, SNR, SNA, STR, STA, RAR, RAA requests and AVPs.
• Good knowledge of Diameter (Gx, Gy, Sy, Rx, Ro, S6, S9) protocols.
• Proficiency in Grafana, Prometheus
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Expertise in Unix/Linux platform including shell scripting
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Perl, or C
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
