    Description

    Key Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud, Core HR, Oracle Compensation Cloud

    Other skills : Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications, BIP Publisher, HCM Extracts, OTBI, Fellfields, Configurations, Fast Formulas.

    Functional Mandatory:


    • Minimum 5 years experience with 3+ Oracle Compensation cloud implementation projects and AMS projects on Techno-Functional or Functional roles


    • Ability to drive requirement discussions, design discussion and configure application as per client requirement.


    • Knowledge of entire SDLC cycle especially for Oracle Fusion HCM applications


    • Effective communication and drive the project deliverables for Oracle Cloud Fusion projects.

    Technical - Good to have,


    • Hands-on experience in working with BI Publisher custom templates & OTBI Reports development with sound knowledge of relevant Subject Areas and Data Models.


    • Knowledge on HCM extracts, Fast Formula, Fusion Flexfields customization


    • Strong expertise in SQL specially on BIP Reports


    • Hands-on experience in personalization & customizations in a Sandbox environment.


    • Should be able to analyse requirements, determine technical level of effort and prepare technical design and specifications.

    Oracle Time & Labor Consultant


    • Should have worked on at least 2 Oracle Time and Labor End-to-End Implementation


    • Respond to all Technical configuration related questions pertaining to Oracle Time and Labor.


    • Integrate (functionally) Time and Labor with Clock-in/out devices to bring time entries into Oracle Time and Labor.


    • Should be able to deal with the files, take requirements and map the process.


    • Understanding Technical requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client's needs in the context of the project


    • Evaluate the overall solution for defined Technical and non-functional requirements.


    • Being able to lead implementation and production rollouts.


    • Provide training and communication of system updates to new and existing users.


    • Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.


    • Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs


    • Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken


    • Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements


    • Flexible for working in US time zone


    • Knowledge on Fast Formulas will be an Add-on

    Role: - Oracle Fusion Payroll Specialist


    • Good business knowledge in the Oracle Fusion Payroll functional area e.g., Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas writing / amending / understanding etc.


    • Act as the subject matter expert in designing, Implementing & supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll


    • Good understanding of the payroll business environment and constraints, to add value through the definition and delivery of information available from the Oracle Fusion Payroll module.


    • 7+ years' experience of full-lifecycle Oracle Payroll implementations including Oracle Fusion.


    • Experience into at least 1+ Payroll Implementations into Fusion HCM Global Payroll Module, preferably USA.


    • Proven experience configuring within the Oracle Fusion application modules.


    • Understanding of various integration touchpoints with other modules specifically Benefits, Time & Labor and absences.


    • Knowledge on configuring & utilizing standard available connectors for different payroll providers like ADP etc.


    • Additional Oracle Fusion knowledge of HCM is preferable.
