Sales Coordinator Job Description
Building business relationships with current and potential clients
The ability to influence and negotiate with others
Should be target oriented.
Identifying new customers
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
Support the team with other responsibilities as required and coordination with the
sales team.
Highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Bachelors Degree/PG
Strong communication skills including both verbal and written
IT skills will be an added advantage.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
