Hiring an Academic Enrollment Specialist to drive admissions and increase the conversion rate for our educational programs in Hyderabad, Telangana. As a key member of the admissions team at School Serv (India) Solutions Private Limited, your primary responsibilities will include making cold calls, generating leads, providing student counseling, and maintaining accurate reports.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and possess a passion for education and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective students and parents in the admission process by providing information about our school's programs, facilities, and admission requirements.
• Conduct counseling sessions to understand students' aspirations and help them make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets and achieve overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successful sales or recruitment experience.
• Enthusiasm for education and a commitment to student success.
• Prior experience in a similar role in a reputable school in Hyderabad is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits such as health insurance and performance-based bonuses.
