About the internship:
We are seeking a talented Female Intern to join our team as a Business Development Executive (BDE).Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
3. Identify and qualify sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
5. Provide counseling and guidance to clients regarding our products/services, pricing, and features.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales processes and achieve organizational goals.
7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
8. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status using CRM software.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Currently, pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
3. Ability to engage confidently in client conversations and effectively address their queries and concerns.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for learning and career development.
6. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or counseling is a plus but not required.
8. Female candidates are preferred for this position.
