    Main tasks include specifically:

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities for new age Automotive software development.
    • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, operational challenges, and requirements.
    • Lead the design and high-level architecture of software defined vehicle, electrification and connectivity solutions that align with clients' needs and objectives.
    • Develop detailed technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
    • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Automotive technologies and methodologies.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their manufacturing operations and achieve competitive advantage.
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Required Skills:

    • Deep understanding of Automotive concepts, technologies, and trends.
    • Proficiency in architecting and designing complex solutions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    • Autonomous Driving Technologies: knowledge of autonomous driving systems, including sensor fusion, perception algorithms, localization techniques and path planning algorithms etc
    • Connectivity and Telematics: Experience with vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication protocols (e.g., DSRC, 5G, LTE), cloud-based services, OTA updates, and remote diagnostics.
    • Embedded Systems Development: Hands-on experience with embedded software development, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and hardware-software co-design for automotive applications.
    • Software Development Lifecycle: Proficient in Agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
    • Cybersecurity and Safety Standards: Familiarity with ISO 26262, SAE J3061, and other automotive cybersecurity and safety standards, along with practical experience in threat modeling and risk assessment.
    • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting capabilities, and attention to detail, with the ability to debug complex software issues and optimize system performance.

    Required Experience:

    · Experience in working with leading IT / Engineering service providers.

    · Experience in working with leading OEM and MSPs

    · Experience supporting internal and external stakeholders across different countries.

    · Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecting and implementing complex IT solutions, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

    · Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
