    AssetManagement Service desk Management VIP user support VendorManagementPlandirect and coordinate the efforts of suppliers operations teams tolead and maintain BAU service program portfolio and the provisionof the Collaborationplatform.

    Lead allaspects of service required to meet businessrequirements.

    Implementationof and consistency to security standards (security strategy set bySecurityArchitecture).Ensurethat all IT Service Management processes Service Level Agreementsand Underpinning Contracts are appropriate for agreed service leveltargets.

    Lead andManage Team of 25 Deskside Team including Service desk Desktopremote and on callsupport.
    Minimum 10years of IT experience with at least 5 years of service anddelivery management experience in global and sophisticatedenvironments. . nowledge and handson experience with ModernDigiWorkplaceconcept and technologies Zero Trust concept and Intune/EndpointConfiguration Manager technologies. . Understanding of End UserTechnology Services DigitalWorkplace.
