Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled MIS Assistant with experience in Advance Excel, Power BI, MS-SQL, and Zoho Analytics, to join our team. As a MIS Assistant you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for BI solutions.
Prepare ad-hoc requirements using tools like Excel, SQL and/or Power BI
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into MS-SQL databases
Design and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to retrieve and manipulate data efficiently
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making.
Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports and analyses.
Ensure routine reports are being sent in time for Daily/Weekly/Monthly report

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience working as a MIS Executive or similar role with strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
Deep understanding of data analysis, visualization techniques, and proficiency in Advance Excel with Power Pivot, Power BI, MS-SQL/csv using data modelling and Zoho Analytics
Advanced skills in MS-SQL including querying, scripting, and database management
