    Role Overview

    We seek a Performance Benchmark Specialist to build an in-house database for private market performance information using Large Language Models (LLMs) and traditional data sources.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Data Collection & Analysis: Extract and validate financial, commercial, and operational metrics from diverse sources to build comprehensive benchmark datasets.
    • Database Development: Design systematic methodologies for data extraction, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all performance indicators.
    • LLM Integration: Leverage LLMs alongside traditional research methods to enhance data gathering and analysis capabilities.
    • Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain data quality standards, implementing automated workflows for continuous database updates.
    • Analytical Framework Creation: Transform raw performance data into actionable benchmark insights and analytical models for investment decision-making.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to define benchmark requirements and deliver insights that support strategic initiatives.

    Key Qualifications

    • Professional Experience: 3-5 years as a business analyst in management consulting, industry research, or market research organizations.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools, database management, statistical software, and experience with LLM applications for research.
    • Financial Expertise: Strong background in financial analysis, performance measurement, and familiarity with private market metrics.
    • Data Management: Demonstrated ability to work with both structured and unstructured data sources while maintaining high accuracy standards.
    • Analytical Capabilities: Advanced problem-solving skills with attention to detail for ensuring data integrity and benchmark validity.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation abilities for delivering findings and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
