    • Making outbound calls to a list of potential customers or clients.

    • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new offerings and promotional campaigns.
    • Identifying and generating leads or sales opportunities through cold calling or warm leads provided by marketing efforts.
    • Setting appointments for field sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
    • Following up with leads or potential customers who have expressed interest in the company's offerings.
    • Achieving individual and team sales targets by meeting or exceeding defined metrics.
    • Recording all customer information, interactions, and transactions accurately in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
    • Collaborating with the sales team for coordination and feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.
    • Providing feedback and suggestions for improving sales processes and scripts.

    Requirements

    In addition to these responsibilities, a telecaller should possess good communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to build rapport with customers. They should be persuasive, persistent, and have strong negotiation skills. Time management and organizational skills are also important for effectively managing a high volume of calls and maintaining call records
