    In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth by acquiring and recovering stressed retail and acquire distressed retail portfolios:

    • Proactively identify and negotiate acquisition opportunities with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
    • Develop strong industry relationships and leverage your network to uncover hidden gems.

    Deep dive analysis and valuation:

    • Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including portfolio performance analysis, customer segmentation, and recoverability assessment.
    • Utilize advanced analytics to determine the optimal purchase price, ensuring profitability

    Negotiation and deal structuring:

    • Secure attractive purchase terms through skillful negotiation and creative deal structuring.
    • Manage the entire acquisition process from initial contact to deal closure.

    Portfolio recovery and performance:

    • Develop and implement efficient recovery strategies to maximize profitability from acquired portfolios.
    • Track performance metrics and continuously refine strategies for optimal Experience: 10+ years of experience in the BFSI industry, specifically in buying and selling distressed retail portfolios.
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indian financial landscape, nonperforming assets (NPAs), and recovery processes.
    • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze large datasets, assess portfolio risk, and develop datadriven insights.
    • Negotiation Expertise: A skilled negotiator with a proven track record of securing favorable deals.
    • Networking Prowess: Extensive network within the BFSI industry and the ability to identify and cultivate lucrative relationships.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at presenting complex information to various stakeholders.
