    Description


    1. Control, co-ordinate and direct the implementation and operation of Engineering Department Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Program for all projects.


    2. Maintain and update Department's Standard Drawings, Specifications, Policies and Procedures, Manuals and other industry reference standards and resources.


    3. Conduct audits for all projects in terms of test certificates.


    4. Review with engineering staff on quality standards and procedures.


    5. Review of NDE procedures for client approval.


    6. Review and analyze QA & QC documents at milestone stages of development for compliance with criteria and standards, as well as applicable engineering codes and industry standards.


    7. Conduct periodic project development phase audits to ensure compliance with applicable contract terms and conditions, change order documentation and other related aspects of the work for each project.


    8. Monitor and audit fabrication, testing and start-up activities to verify adherence to QA QC requirement and procurement inspection for all projects.


    9. Assist with review of project close-out documents and execution of System Safety Certification process.


    10. Control ASME Quality System / Implementation for U, U2 & R Stamp and maintain documents related to ISO 9001, OSHA and EMS Auditing.


    11. Control inward material inspection, process NDE & stage wise and final examination.


    12. Co-ordinate with TPA for qualification, Inspection and Final clearance.


    13. Investigate customer complaints and make corrective action for the same.


    14. Supervise QA/QC technical and clerical staff.


    15. Conduct periodic audits of Department's Document Control function.


    16. To comply with such other assignments the management may give from time to time.
