    Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

    Talent Acquisition in accordance with business requisition.

    Successful Employee On-boarding.

    Completion of Joining formalities as per Federal Law.

    Updation of New hires information in Payroll Software.

    Coordination with new hires/employees to update their tax related details as deemed necessary.

    Tracking attendance through the software followed by preparation of Timesheet data for payroll processing.

    Absenteeism control.

    Timely Payroll processing and resolution of payroll queries.

    Coordination with Payroll vendor for timely compliances.

    Sharing of Payroll compliances datasheet & Pay-stubs with Accounts department from time to time.

    Identification of Training Needs & preparation of Training Calendar in consultation with Global HR Head & Global Manufacturing Head.

    Coordination for execution of identified training programs.

    Preparation of list of participants/trainees.

    Seeking feedback from participants post training.

    Coordination with Production Manager/Global Manufacturing Head for setting of KRA's & KPI's of all team members for respective Performance Year.

    Preparation of PMS datasheet and sharing with respective stakeholders for review.

    Communication of Revised Pay rate with respective employees.

    Preparation and submission of FINAL PMS datasheet to Accounts department for records.

    Communication of changes in the organization or organization policies to employees from time to time.

    MIS reports preparation and submission for review (Hiring/Induction feedback/Payroll queries/Grievances/Training & Development/Employee Engagement/Employee Satisfaction/Employee Exit)

    Successful completion of Exit formalities.
