    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    TheRelationship Manager will be Responsible for Acquiring HNI clients(Affluent & Super Affluent) He/She would be responsible todrive the TPP sales through branch sales team and advisors.

    Maintaining client relationships and generate AUM from preferredclients.

    Advising Affluent clients on their Investments andmanaging their overall financial portfolio and deepening the walletfrom existing clients Track the Affluent & Super AffluentClient segment in the market for new client acquisition To researchinvestigate and update themselves on available investmentopportunities/financial market trend to determine whether they fitinto clients portfolios.

    To coordinate with product and researchteam (Centralize CFP Team) for taking investment decision for theclients. To conduct and assist in organizing seminars workshops andother business development activities.


    JOB SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    Qualifications:
    AnMBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) Degree holder or focused education inFinancial planning/Wealth Management. Other qualifications like CFPwill be an advantage.


    Desired Skill Set:
    Ability to inspire trust and confidencein clients. Ability to engage clients in meaningful conversationsabout their finances and take active interest in their financialwell being. A thorough understanding of financial markets theirbehavior movements and expectations with respect to market.

    Abilityto process several inputs provided by research team and othersources and apply them to the specific context of several clientsthus generating insights for clients Good oral and writtencommunication skills with clarity of thought speech and expressionGood interpersonal skills Good Analytical Skills GeneralCompetencies:
