    Description


    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team and play a vital role in crafting exceptional user experiences (UX) and intuitive user interfaces (UI) for our core product.

    The ideal candidate will be a user-centric problem solver with a strong design portfolio and a collaborative spirit.


    Responsibilities :

    • Partner closely with product managers and analysts to gather user insights, identify needs, and define user journeys.
    • Conduct user interviews and research to understand user pain points and aspirations, translating them into actionable design solutions.
    • Effectively present and communicate design concepts, prototypes, and user research findings to developers, stakeholders, and crossfunctional teams.
    • Identify and resolve usability issues to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
    • Create high fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to showcase user interface design and functionalities.
    • Transform wireframes into pixelperfect, visually compelling UI designs that align with our brand identity.
    • Play a key role in establishing and maintaining a cohesive design language system for our product, ensuring design consistency and scalability.

    Requirements :

    • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar role.
    • A strong design portfolio showcasing exceptional userfocused design solutions and a problemsolving approach.
    • Indepth understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) processes, design principles, and design systems.
    • Proficiency in industrystandard design and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, preferred).
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
    • A proactive and resultsoriented individual with a passion for creating beautiful and user friendly products.)
