    Overview:

    The StateHead (Sales & Collection) plays a crucial role in leadingand managing the sales and collection operations within the state.This position is pivotal in driving revenue and ensuring timelycollection of payments thus directly impacting the overallfinancial health of the business. The State Head is responsible foroverseeing and executing strategic sales plans driving businessgrowth and ensuring efficient collectionprocesses.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Developing andimplementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenuetargets

    • Monitoring market trends andcompetitor activities to identify opportunities andchallenges
    • Establishing and maintainingrelationships with key customers andpartners

    RequiredQualifications:
