    Senior Power BI Developer

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data analysis, and visualization, with a focus on developing advanced Power BI solutions.


    As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to meet the needs of our stakeholders.

    You will work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data sources, and deliver actionable insights.

    Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.


    Responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business objectives and decisionmaking processes.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
    • Implement best practices for data modeling, visualization, and performance optimization within Power BI.
    • Develop complex DAX calculations and measures to derive insights from large datasets.
    • Integrate Power BI with other data sources and platforms to create comprehensive BI solutions.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Power BI developers.
    • Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and trends to continuously improve our BI solutions.
    • Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field.
    • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
    • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
    • Experience working with SQL databases and querying large datasets.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of delivering highquality BI solutions on time and within budget.
    • Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
