    Urgently Looking for the Assistant Manager Sales for Ink Raw Materials for PAN India.

    JOB Purpose

    i) Maximize sales Potential for the ink raw materials in India.

    ii) Management and Development of India business for Flexible Packaging Division.

    iii) Generate market intelligence on the product range.

    iv) Strategic & Operational actions to Improve Organization sales growth & Profitability.

    Age Bracket - Between 25-28 years

    Primary Job Responsibilities:

    Responsible for developing ink raw materials and packaging business in the region as per business plan.

    Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets

    Identify business opportunities and potential customers and to grow the business consistently.

    Ensure collection of payment and smooth transaction of business.

    Coordinate to conduct trials of new products and to ensure effective implementation.

    Provide forecasts of materials based on customer needs.

    Have to travel across the region and to meet customers to develop the business.

    Prepare offers and provide techno-commercial clarification to the clients, follow-up on offers and converting leads into business.

    To liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate.

    Participating in Business reviews, providing monthly and quarterly Sales updates, and providing ongoing updates to Management.

    To attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    Ability to measure sales success; ability to set targets and build a proactive plan to achieve them.

    Must have good understanding of the chemicals market and have good experience & ability to understand market dynamics, market survey & research, short term & long term strategic planning and techno-commercial aspects.

    Should have good oral and written communication skills and must be computer and internet savvy.

    Must be an intelligent, self-motivated and result oriented individual with a persuasive and positive outlook.

    Candidate with a proven track record of 2 years in sales and marketing of range of raw materials eg N nitrocellulose , Titanium Dioxide, Pigments, Resins, Additives, PU, Solvents, aluminum foil etc. required by ink / flexible packaging manufacture.

    Experience:

    Minimum 2 years hands on Experience, handling ink raw materials and flexible packaging Distribution, Marketing & Sales.

    Requirements from the Ideal Candidates:

    Education Engineer / Science / commerce / Arts graduates

    Add on Post Graduation / MBA degree in Marketing & Sales/ Business

    management / Business administration will be preferred.

    Languages

    Marathi / Hindi & written communication fluency in English.

    Communication Principles, Customers, Bank, compliance (Govt / Non govt) directly & indirectly.

    Relevant Industry Experience

    Product Manufacturing / trading house / Chemical Company
