The senior video editor is a key professional responsible for delivering high-quality video content. Key responsibilities include:

Video Editing:

• Edit videos to professional standards, incorporating advanced colour grading, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Rigorously refine and synchronize audio and video elements to ensure precise timing and synchronization.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with the team to develop storyboards and content that aligns with institutional branding and messaging.
• Create reusable templates and assets to enhance efficiency and speed up project turnaround times.

Mentorship and Training:

• Mentor junior editors and videographers to enhance their skills and contribute to team growth.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of cinematography and visual storytelling principles.
• Ability to work with 2D/3D motion graphics and animations.
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Media Studies, Animation, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in professional video editing, with expertise in motion graphics and colour grading.
