    Description

    The Project Manager at SELCO will be a key resource for the Projects department to implement innovative projects in Decentralised Renewable Energy with applications in Livelihood, Health, Education, Water and other areas. A key part of the responsibility will be to build institutional partnerships. The role requires travel to Project sites for assessment and implementation. The role also involves interaction with various national and international stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities And Tasks

    • Generate sales enquiries for innovative DRE based projects to achieve Revenue target.
    • Build partnerships, especially with institutional customers.
    • Travel to project sites for need assessment and submit to design team for Design and Pricing.
    • End to end Project Management.
    • Coordinate with the Branches for Project ideas, implementation and contacts.
    • Preparing presentations and notes on specific projects
    • Participation in conferences and seminars related to Projects presentations.

    Competencies:

    Technical/Professional

    • BTech/MTech/MBA or equivalent.
    • 5-15 years of Experience in Solar Sales is mandatory. Experience in Solar sector and Sales is a must for this role.
    • Ability to learn quickly from multiple subject areas and be a team player
    • Kannada, Hindi, English
