    About This Role:

    You will be part of the HR Team, helping the organization grow by connecting, attracting, and selecting talented professionals in sales, marketing, and business roles.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a Talent Hunter, developing effective sourcing strategies through portals, networks, job boards, and partners.
    • Collaborate with Business teams to understand organizational needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
    • Implement thorough CV screening and assessments, coordinating with Hiring Managers to ensure successful mandate closures.
    • Maintain accurate trackers, dashboards, and data-driven insights to inform recruitment decisions.

    Required Profile:

    • 5+ years of solid recruiting experience in corporate/sales/business roles in fast-paced/tech companies.
    • Proven sourcing skills, excellent communication, and deep understanding of the Recruiting process.
    • Hands-on experience in ATS, Portals, and candidate data handling/Tracker skills.
    • Familiarity with web 3.0, AI/ML, and bootstrapped start-ups will be beneficial.
    • Masters in HR/MBA HR is preferred.
