Must Haves:

5-10 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager in a technology related environment

Strong experience with RACI charts, GANT charts, Flow Charts

Experience with reporting tools (ex. Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Strong understanding of PCs and how they are managed within an enterprise environment (knowledge around Cloud, Intune, etc.)

Strong communication, organization, and follow up skills

Ability to interact with engineering, management, and potentially external customers

PMP certification

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to work onsite our client's facility in Bangalore, India. This person will primarily act as a Chief of Staff for a Sr. Manager within their Quality organization. This will involve scheduling and attending meetings with stakeholders inside and outside the organization and providing updates on projects/initiatives. Additionally, they will be tasked with various PM duties that are focused around 3rd Level Support activities for HP's enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong organization and follow-up skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks (both short term and long term).
