Job Description

Facets Configuration

• 3-5 year overall experience in US healthcare plans handling BIM and facets configuration process.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members covering benefit coding principles, Facets configuration guidelines.
• Provide hands-on training sessions on the utilization of the Facets system for benefit configuration
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills to ensure training thoughput
• Excellent communication skills with minimum 1 year in training role in payor domain
• Familiarity with healthcare policies, regulations, and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA and ACA.
• Proficiency in different types of health insurance plans, including HMOs, PPOs, and government-sponsored programs like Medicare and Medicaid.
• Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
• Stay updated with the new trends

Network Management - Credentialing

• 3 - 5 years experience in Provider credentialing and Revenue cycle management processes (& Provider Demographics process).
• 3-5 year overall experience in US healthcare plans handling claim denials & appeals related calls
• Ability to coach the team on new updates on client policies
• Conduct training sessions to new hires and existing team members on credentialing process, policies & practices.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge design role-based training plans
• Excellent communication skills with minimum 1 year in training role in payor domain
• Ability to achieve good training thoughput
• Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
