Location: Bengaluru, (Only Bengaluru based candidates, 100% work from Office / Client Site)

Experience Level: 1-2 years.
Applicants must possess prior expertise / professional experience in various facets of airline data or systems, including Reservation, Ticketing, Inventory, and Revenue Accounting, alongside familiarity with Flight Operation procedures. Proficiency in understanding and utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dissecting use cases, and handling datasets are fundamental prerequisites for this role.

Job Description:
As a Data Scientist specializing in Power BI and Python, you will play a crucial role in analysing, interpreting, and visualizing data to extract actionable insights that contribute to the company's growth and success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy data-driven solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements.
Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources (AWS & Azure data lake) to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Write efficient and scalable Python code / pipeline to automate data analytics tasks to
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize complex data sets.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to derive insights and predictions from data.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data science, Power BI, and Python programming.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and analytics.
Proficiency in Python programming language for data manipulation, analysis, and viusalization.
Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data modelling techniques.
Experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
