    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop a deep understanding of our products, standards, and differentiators to create effective communication and brand awareness strategies.
    • Document processes and recommend changes for greater efficiency.
    • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand how marketing activities lead to customer sales.
    • Assist with internal and external marketing campaigns by creating content for projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation.
    • Analyze existing marketing materials and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Duties

    • Research markets, analyze customer data, and develop strategies to reach the target audience.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies for products and services, including campaign creation, budget management, and metric tracking to measure Return On Investment (ROI).
    • Stay up to date with industry news and trends to ensure current marketing efforts.
    • Create content such as reports, presentations, press releases, newsletters, and other materials to promote the brand.
    • Identify customer service issues, anticipate customer needs, and develop solutions.
    • Manage day-to-day marketing department operations, including staff oversight and budget management.
    • Represent the company and its products at conferences, trade shows, and other events.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field from a recognized university.
    • Certification in marketing or digital marketing.
    • At least 4-6 years of experience in a marketing role.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics software.
    • Strong communication and writing skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
    • Creative and analytical thinking for problem-solving.
    • Experience in copywriting and graphic design.
    • Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting.
