    Curriculum Leadership Position
    About the Role
    We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Academic Manager to lead our academic initiatives across partner schools. As a key member of our team, you will design, implement, and monitor academic programs that drive student learning outcomes and support our mission of revolutionizing education through research-based curricula and cutting-edge pedagogy.

    Main Responsibilities:
    1. Strategic Curriculum Implementation
      Develop and execute comprehensive curriculum plans that align with our academic vision and goals.
      Establish benchmarks for curriculum delivery and classroom effectiveness to ensure high-quality instruction.
      Collaborate with Curriculum Developers and Instructional Leaders to ensure instructional coherence and quality.

    2. Academic Leadership and Team Management
      Lead and manage a team of Instructional Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to drive academic excellence.
      Develop and facilitate professional development plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team members.
      Organize regular reviews and planning sessions to ensure alignment with our organizational strategy.

    3. School Engagement and Relationship Management
      Establish and maintain strong relationships with school leaders, coordinators, and other stakeholders to support our academic initiatives.
      Conduct academic audits, reviews, and presentations to ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement.
      Proactively address academic challenges and communicate effectively to resolve issues.

    4. Quality Assurance and Data-Driven Improvement
      Monitor academic indicators, including student assessments, teaching quality, and curriculum adherence, to inform data-driven decision-making.
      Analyze performance data to identify areas of strength and weakness and develop strategies for improvement.
      Conduct observation-based evaluations to identify gaps and initiate improvement plans.

    5. Professional Development & Teacher Capacity Building
      Design and deliver large-scale training workshops to enhance teacher capacity and support instructional excellence.
      Implement coaching structures to provide ongoing support and feedback to teachers.
      Curate teacher resource kits and toolkits to promote differentiated instruction and support teacher autonomy.

    6. Innovation and Research Integration
      Stay current with the latest trends and research in education, pedagogy, and assessment frameworks to inform innovative practices.
      Encourage experimentation and adoption of modern instructional tools and digital learning solutions.
      Lead pilots and action research projects to test and refine academic innovations.

    Requirements
    - Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
    - Minimum 7–10 years of experience in curriculum leadership, teacher development, or academic management.
    - Strong understanding of multiple education boards (CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge).
    - Demonstrated success in leading and scaling academic initiatives across diverse school contexts.
    - Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    - Willingness to travel for school visits, workshops, and academic evaluations.
