    Job Responsibilities :

    • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
    • Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance and conduct longterm improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
    • Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
    • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
    • Interact directly with clients, managers, and endusers as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
    • Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
    • Lead Salesforce architecture and technical team; design, create and enhance application architecture and assist the client to shape their architectural vision and roadmap plan.
    • Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.
    • Create POCs for the client to help them understand the proposed solution and drive the solution meetings with Customers.
    • Understand the User Stories and provide accurate workload estimates.
    • Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
    • Should work on managed packages and resolve performance issues on running or new projects.
    • Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps.

    Job Skills & Qualifications :

    Required :

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
    • Minimum work experience 10+ years of software development and 9+ years of Salesforce application development
    • Selfmotivated and creative
    • Proficient with Salesforce basics, Admin, Apex, LWC, Visual Force, Lightning, RDBMS and JavaScript Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, SFDX, OmniStudio, managed package & Community
    • Experience in multisystem integration
    • Experience in source code control

    Preferred :

    • Salesforce Developer Certification
    • Platform developer 1 and 2, Data Architect Certification and Integration Architect
    • Experience developing customerfacing applications.
    • Experience in Salesforce community development/ Portals
    • Experience in Agile methodology
    • Development using Standard Salesforce and platform (Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages)
    • Sales and Service Cloud including Customer and Partner portal (community) development experience.
    • Working knowledge of sites will be an advantage. Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs.
    • Com Architecture, Design, Development, Administration, and Operational Support required.
    • Strong web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX
    • Strong SDLC experience
    • Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA)
    • Com Certified Developer
    • Object-Oriented Development Skills
    • SQL, RDBMS experience.
    • Experience in product will be an advantage.
    • Should work and resolve on Performance issue.
