- Overall responsibility for developing strategic direction.
- Complete rate card monitoring.
- Maintain tracker for rate cards.
- Customer incentive - follow-up & Tracker.
- Closely working with finance for incentive provisions
- Leading the customer service team
- Monthly Volume reporting
- Shipping Line Coordination
- Coordination with Billing team for billing related issues
- CRM coordination
- Analyzing daily, weekly monthly reports.
- Satisfy customer in general and trade at large.
- Keeping tabs on customer's requirement and trade demand.
- Monthly KPI reporting.
- Contributing to continuous organizational improvement.
- Contributing for the meeting of Business targets and objectives.
- Shall ensure compliance with applicable HSE Legal and other requirements.
- Shall ensure that the laid down HSE objectives and targets are met as per the standard requirement.
- Shall strive to provide a safer work environment at the department level and encourage reporting of hazards. Qualification & Competencies
- Post Graduation degree with First Class (70% and above) pass out
- Around 2-5 years of experience, of which at least 5 experiences in modern ship handling and cargo handling essential, proven management skills in high technology environment, demanding high speed operations with emphasis on customer satisfaction and cost parameters.
- Advance knowledge and knowhow of shipping and terminal operations.
- Good interpersonal skills / etiquettes for effective and efficient communication
