KeyResponsibilities:
1. Plan the event fromstart to finish according to requirements target audience andobjectives & Comeup withsuggestions to enhance the event ssuccess

2 Costings &; Logistics:
Complete ops support to the CS team right from providing logisticsto costsnegotiation etc so as to ensure thatthey achieve their revenue targets

3Ownership:
Complete ownership of all events/activations takingpersonal responsibility for flawlessdeliveryas per global standards4.

Licensing& ; permission:
Ensuring all the required permissions andlicenses are procured at the rightcost anddelivered to required parties at righttime5.


Systems & Processes:
Ensuring that all systems and processes are followedandcreating/suggesting/implementing bestpractices that constantly upgrade our operationalcapabilities.6. Ensuring that designexecution and production is taking place exactly as per the clientspecification7.


Vendor Selection& Negotiation:
Ensuring that correct vendors are chosenfor each of the jobsundertaken at the bestpossible cost.8. New Vendor Engagements& Vendor Management. Awareness of the latest inventorymaintained bythevendors.9. Knowledge of new technology inlights sound AV etc. Awareness of the latest elements usedinproduction.10.


Planning:
Ensuring that the correct resources are allocated to eachproject putting in the right checksandbalances to ensure that desired results

11Quality:
Ensuring that quality achieved from the projects teamexecutes is world class in every aspectandis appreciated by client.12. Analyse theevent s success and prepare reports.13.


Leadership Skills:

To be able to guide motivate and train team toindependently handle operationsand ensurethat team grows to be self sufficient14.

Artist / Supplier Database:
Creating an efficient database ofArtists / suppliers which is used byallmembers of the CS & Ops teamsnationallyDesiredSkills: Operations andProduction Teamwork &collaboration Market and IndustryKnowledge Mentorship anddelegation CrisisManagement
