    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, functional requirements, and technical constraints, translating them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

    Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, including data models, application architecture, integrations, security models, and performance optimization strategies.

    Define and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for Salesforce development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and industry best practices.

    Evaluate existing Salesforce implementations, identifying areas of improvement, technical debt, and optimization opportunities, and providing recommendations for enhancement and remediation.

    Partner with Salesforce administrators, developers, and other technical teams to guide the implementation of architectural designs, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and best practices.

    Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and solution reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards, performance guidelines, and security requirements.

    Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and limitations, enabling informed decision-making and solution design.

    Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on existing implementations and recommending adoption strategies.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Salesforce-related initiatives, including platform upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations.

    Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce team, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    Total experience rangeging between yrs out of which a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.

    Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and other Salesforce products and features.

    Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and integration capabilities, with a focus on compliance, control, and governance.

    Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

    Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions, considering performance, scalability, and extensibility.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and technical constraints and develop optimal solutions.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.

    Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect are highly desirable.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and professional development.

    Job Location - Bengaluru (5 days a week)

    Work Timings - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
