    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Sr Sales Executive to join our team at Beacon Group India. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships with key clients.     Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the diagnostic or medical device industry
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Willingness to travel as required

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
