Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive who has extensive knowledge of payment reconciliation of Ecommerce panels like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and AJIO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Assisting in payments reconciliation.

-Managing Returns and their reconciliation.

-Preparing different type of MIS.

-Matching the receivables with each order dispatched.

-Checking payment reimbursements for every portal.

-Checking and monitoring the expenses for particular order (commissions deducted, shipping charged, Selling Price at which products sold)

-Work closely with different teams to provide updated MIS that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.

-Handling GST Sales and Return Reports.

Requirements:

-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

-Should know Advance Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros, conditional formulas etc.)

-Possessing strong knowledge of the e-commerce space.

-Minimum Ecommerce Experience 5 years.

-Mathematics should be strong (min score in maths 80%) throughout education.

-Should Know Tally.
