If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Join our team at The Sincro Hotel as a Housekeeping Supervisor and play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a delightful stay.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning of 30 rooms and restaurant areas.
    • Train, motivate, and lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
    • Inspect rooms and public spaces to ensure they meet our quality standards.
    • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate orders when necessary.
    • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any issues promptly.
    • Enforce health and safety guidelines to provide a safe environment for both guests and staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
    • Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes.
