Senior Engineer – PMO

Experience 3-5 years Onwards

Understand & utilize Project Management end to end-process knowledge.

Support in development through testing & functionality for PMO process.

Participate in various sprints.

Executing PMO activities assigned by requestor / TL / Manager and to fulfill the timelines set per guidelines / standard procedures.

Experience in data handling for the preparation of various reports

Execute the task in accordance with timelines without follow-up.

For developing new task, provide 1st level effort estimation and feasibility analysis as and when needed by TL / Manager

Providing training on PMO Tools & Process.

Ensure daily time sheet recording in time management system.

Ability to work in international environments.

Must work well under pressure / excellent time Management /conflict Management.

Receives clear instructions from supervisor on scope of work. Work is reviewed at several steps along with the way for accuracy.

Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering (Any stream)

Candidate with high level of confidence to work with MAHLE Counterparts across globe. Well versed in written & verbal communication.

Advance Excel, Power BI, Waterfall Charts

Good Communication skills - Written and Verbal English

Participate in team, department and customer meeting wherever required.
