    Job Description: Immigration Manager

    Position Overview: As the HR Manager specializing in Immigration, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company remains compliant with all US immigration laws and regulations. You will manage the entire lifecycle of our immigrant and non-immigrant employees, from onboarding to maintaining proper records, and ensure the company adheres to all applicable regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. USCIS & Immigration Compliance
    • Manage all processes related to H-1B, L-1, and other relevant visa categories.
    • Liaise with legal counsel to ensure timely and accurate petition filings.
    • Monitor and manage Public Access Files (PAF) for all non-immigration and immigration candidates to ensure compliance with Department of Labor requirements.
    • Stay updated with any changes in the USCIS regulations and policies, ensuring that the company and its employees remain compliant.
    1. Onboarding & Employee Handbook
    • Oversee the onboarding process for all immigrant and non-immigrant employees.
    • Regularly update the employee handbook to reflect current immigration laws and company policies.
    1. Internal Collaboration
    • Report directly to the CEO, Accountant, and collaborate with other HR partners.
    • Work cross-functionally with departments such as legal, finance, and operations to ensure all immigration matters are handled seamlessly.
    1. Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
    • Regularly assess and optimize immigration processes for efficiency and compliance.
    • Train internal teams on immigration procedures and changes in laws/regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Law, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a specialization in US immigration, particularly H-1B processes.
    • In-depth knowledge of USCIS regulations and requirements.
    • Familiarity with the onboarding process and employee handbook creation.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
    • Ability to work in EST hours from the Himayat Nagar office and remotely when needed.
