- USCIS & Immigration Compliance
- Manage all processes related to H-1B, L-1, and other relevant visa categories.
- Liaise with legal counsel to ensure timely and accurate petition filings.
- Monitor and manage Public Access Files (PAF) for all non-immigration and immigration candidates to ensure compliance with Department of Labor requirements.
- Stay updated with any changes in the USCIS regulations and policies, ensuring that the company and its employees remain compliant.
- Onboarding & Employee Handbook
- Oversee the onboarding process for all immigrant and non-immigrant employees.
- Regularly update the employee handbook to reflect current immigration laws and company policies.
- Internal Collaboration
- Report directly to the CEO, Accountant, and collaborate with other HR partners.
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as legal, finance, and operations to ensure all immigration matters are handled seamlessly.
- Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
- Regularly assess and optimize immigration processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Train internal teams on immigration procedures and changes in laws/regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Law, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with a specialization in US immigration, particularly H-1B processes.
- In-depth knowledge of USCIS regulations and requirements.
- Familiarity with the onboarding process and employee handbook creation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
- Ability to work in EST hours from the Himayat Nagar office and remotely when needed.
