    Role Summary

    WSP is currently seeking a CAD Administrator to support our AU Mining infrastructure business.

    In anticipation of future project demands, WSP invites talented professionals interested in CAD, IT,

    General trouble shooting support, CAD Administration.

    We are looking for an organized person who has excellent communication skills. You will have the

    opportunity to become an integral part of WSP's CAD Administrator team which is instrumental to

    project success. The position is for BANGLORE & NOIDA location.

    A Team player and willing to work collaboratively with a motivated and highly successful team in

    Australia.

    Responsibilities

    • Install & maintain all design related applications such as Bently Products, 12D, Open roads,

    Navisworks.

    • Attend meetings with the iCRC group to relay problems, messages, and instructions from the Australian Engineering Application support (EAS) group.
    • General computer trouble shooting for users and support.
    • Must be a self- starter and proficient in the use of Bentley software packages.
    • Ensure maintenance scheduled is pre-approved and acknowledged by impacting business teams.
    • Responsible for implementing and supporting a security model for all roles within the system.
    • Competent with the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
    • Assists in the Maintenance of current CAD systems.
    • Experience conforming project deliverable data to client specifications, including custom.
    • developed data integrity reports to ensure continual conformance to the required standards.
    • Work with the Group Design Manager and Lead Designers and CAD system specialists to respond.

    • Assist in the development of new tools and workflows to improve productivity for team members.

    • Document and communicate new features of the CAD systems and conduct training sessions as

    • Escalate to Group Design Manager and Lead Designers and CAD system specialists any problems.

    • Liaise with WSP IT regarding integration of the CAD and corporate systems impacting design/drafting personnel.
    • Ensuring WSP/client CAD standards are considered an intrinsic to all CAD builds.
    • Communicate potential CAD system changes/upgrades to the Group Design Manager and Lead
    • Designers and CAD system specialists to ensure workflows, instructions etc are be updated and costed.

    Key Competencies

    Mandatory Skills

    Admin level experience in the Bentley Product suite with the ability to assist with the maintenance and configurations of engineering applications across projects.

    Desired Skills

    • Minimum 8-12 Years proven industry experience in Engineering application support in CAD administration.
    • Work experience on ANZ projects would be advantageous.
    • Self-starter and goal oriented
    • Attention to details and strong sense of responsibility.
    • Can-do attitude
    • Good understanding of engineering work processes.
    • A fast learner with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to communicate, train, effect change, and implement improvements.

    Qualifications

    Diploma / Graduate in computer science or computer applications or Information technology. Mechanical or Civil Engineering with IT background will be plus.
