Interacting with Customer for time-to-time requirements - booking till the handover of the flats.

Execution of Agreements and sale deeds as per committed timeline.

Follow up on outstanding payment.

Coordinating with the team of Architect, Estimator, Finance, Project Engineer and Service executive for smooth functioning of systems for snags.

Monitoring and controlling of modifications, execution and project completions.

Project progress to customers and documentation control.

Monitoring and controlling of handover process of projects.

Monitoring and controlling of Documentation and registration process.

Coordinating with various bankers for project approvals, loan dispersal and fulfilling other requirements of the banks.

Monitoring the cash inflow and receivables on staggered payments.

Responsible for strategic reports and MIS.

Attending customer complaints / getting customer feedback.

Coordinating with legal team for preparation of sale deeds.
