    Key Responsibilities:

    • Architect, design, and implement large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
    • Interact with clients, including working with client teams in an onsite and offshore delivery model.
    • Perform advanced debugging and troubleshoot issues, including interacting with technology vendors.
    • Contribute to eminence activities, such as whitepapers pertaining to IAM technologies.
    • Lead requirements gathering and design documentation by conducting workshops in an onsite/offshore delivery model for multiple projects.
    • Customize, configure, and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design, independently managing project deliverables to successful completion.
    • Lead IAM strategy engagements (IAM road map, vendor selection, etc.).
    • Enable business development by assisting in request for proposal and sales processes.
    • Lead process compliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives relevant for project delivery, emphasizing reusability and related benefits.

    The Team: The Cyber Risk Services—IAM practice assists organizations in designing, developing, and implementing industry-leading IAM solutions to protect their information and confidential data. The team delivers services through key areas of IAM, including:

    • User provisioning
    • Access certification
    • Access management and federation
    • Entitlements management
    • Role management
    • Strategy and road map
    • Strong authentication

    Qualifications and Experience:

    Required:

    • B.Tech/M.Tech/MS/MBA
    • 5 to 9 years of experience in Identity Management domain
    • Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Ping technology-based projects
    • Experience in implementing at least two IAM engagements, covering requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support
    • Advanced application integration experience with IAM solutions, including advanced single sign-on (WIA, Forms, and HTTP), PKI concepts, and Multi-factor Authentications using Ping Federate, Ping One, and Ping Access
    • Experience in integrating partners of different domains for achieving SSO using standards like SAML, OAuth, and WS-Federation on Ping platform
    • Proficiency in enabling OAuth for customers to cater fine-grained authorizations for enterprise services using Ping Federate
    • Experience in providing architecture for solutions involving implementing SSO and multi-factor authentications like OTP, Facial Recognition, and biometrics using Ping One cloud service
    • Familiarity with technologies such as LDAP, SSL, RDBMS, and Linux
    • Good knowledge of Web/application servers (IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Apache)
    • Experience in development/configuration of standard/custom SSO integrations using Java, .Net, or other major scripting languages
    • Hands-on development experience, estimations, sizing, and custom IAM integrations
    • Advanced documentation and presentation skills, well-versed with software development life cycle processes
    • Ability to create, plan, and execute advanced IAM trainings and independently drive proof of concepts involving emerging IAM technologies
    • Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred:

    • IAM technology certifications
    • PMP, CISSP certification, and exposure to other security domains
