We are actively seeking a highly skilled and versatile UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic creative team. Responsibilities:
1. User-Centered Design:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gain insights into user needs, business objectives, and project requirements.
Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Translate insights into tangible solutions by creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.

2. Web Design and Development:
Design and implement visually compelling and intuitive websites using Webflow and other relevant tools.
Infuse end-user workflows and intuitive navigation into the UI/UX design.
Ensure consistent responsiveness across various browsers and screen sizes.
3. Motion Graphics:
Leverage your expertise in motion graphics to enhance user interactions and create engaging visual experiences.
Animate UI elements, transitions, and micro interactions to elevate the overall user journey.
4. Figma Mastery:
Utilize Figma for collaborative design, prototyping, and version control.
Create original graphic designs, sketches, and tables within the Figma environment.
5. Usability and Accessibility:
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues related to responsiveness, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
Make layout adjustments based on user feedback and industry best practices.
6. Staying Current:
Stay abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience: You should have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
Design Tools: Proficiency in Webflow, Framer, and Figma is essential. Familiarity with other design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) is a definite plus.
Motion Graphics Expertise: Ability to create captivating animations and interactive elements, with an understanding of timing and visual storytelling.
