Key Accountabilities:
Handle End to End IT Recruitment process from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letterSupervise team of recruiters to meet recruitment timeline and mentor them to enhance their performanceResponsible for Stakeholder ManagementProactively source and identify candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniquesWriting job descriptions and posting to relevant Job portalsScreening applicants for competency with the job requirementsArranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring managerOffering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application processCreating weekly/ monthly reports to accurately reflect talent plan, status and other reportsMaintaining and developing candidate databases and trackers
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, business, HR or a related field, preferably from premiere instituteMinimum 1 years of experience in IT Recruitment for
Technology:
Cloud, Network, Windows, VMWare, Desktop Engineers, Java, front end, backend, full stack, Angular, Cloud Technologies, Cloud Architect, Presales, Soulution Architect, Drupal and other IT Infra technologies.
Must have exp in technical recruitment for Cloud, Datacenter, Networking, Project Manager, Solution Architect, Presales roleMust have Technical Understanding of Technology, IT products, Cloud, Data Center SolutionDynamic, Confident, Good Communication skillsSolid understanding of sourcing techniques, usage of job boards /portalsDeadline driven, with good time management to balance competing demandsWILLING TO JOIN IMMEDIATLEY
