    Key Responsibilities:
    Research: Conduct in-depth market research (limited primary and vast secondary), competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities, threats, and key trends that are key to form brand strategies


    Strategy Development:

    Develop and maintain a deep understanding of target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape to shape and evolve brand strategy.

    Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with their goals.

    Campaign / Content

    Strategy Development:

    Oversee the development of marketing campaigns that encompass various channels, including social media, content marketing, website flow and more

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including creative, design, tech and media, to ensure the successful execution of brand campaigns and initiatives

    Performance Analysis:
    Monitor and analyse the performance of brand initiatives, campaigns, and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

    Brand Positioning:
    Define and refine brand positioning, unique selling propositions, and messaging strategies to ensure clients' brands stand out in the market

    Brand Guidelines:
    Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all client touchpoints and marketing materials.

    Qualifications:

    MBA in Marketing/ Business, or a related field or PGDM in Advertising.5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related role, preferably in an advertising agency environment.

    Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
    Strong understanding of brand communication principles, communication strategy, and consumer behavior.
    Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    Skilled in making ppts and in excels.
    Good interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics and social media management platforms.
    Experience with client management and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
