    Description

    The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

    Main Responsibilities :

    Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

    New business generation by meeting architects, interior designers, potential clients to understand needs and provide relevant solutions.

    Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

    Building strong relationships with the new and existing portfolio of clients, architects, designers.

    Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

    Individual: Revenue through dealers leads of the dedicated designers and architects

    Number of virtual/direct training, number of generated leads,

    Team target: Branch monthly revenue achievement - ideally 60% fixed 20% individual 20% team variable bonus, up to 6 months 40% fixed then depending on performance.

    Key Requirements :

    You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

    You have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the interior products/ building materials industry.

    You are highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

    You have strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.

    Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus.

    Education qualification: Graduate or equivalent experience in Business

    Age:

    Very good in negotiations skills, driving license, and own vehicle- adding advantage
