    About the Company and the Role:

    SCGB Solutions is a Bengaluru-based business consultancy providing consulting (digital marketing (performance marketing, social media marketing, content writing graphic design, and Martech, etc.), corporate law services, and recruitment services to corporates and small businesses). The person joining this role will be responsible for playing a key role in helping SCGB Solutions in approaching new prospects, client acquisition, and business development of SCGB's business with the focus being majorly on SCGB's brand MOH (visit ) for more information).

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation techniques. A significant portion of the role will involve making cold visits or meeting prospects to pitch for new business.
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, present our products/services, and negotiate contracts.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and generate leads.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

    Work Days: Monday to Saturday (other than 2nd and 3rd Saturday)

    Work Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM.



    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of success in field sales in the service industry, with at least 1 year of experience preferable. However, we are open to freshers who have passion and a knack for selling and who are hungry enough to put in the work required for this role.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
    • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
    • Valid driver's license and must have a two-wheeler for transportation (fuel allowance will be provided by the Company)
